Crispy Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Cornflour 1/2 cup
Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
Oregano 1/2 tsp
roasted cumin seeds 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Paprika 2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Egg one
Recipe:
Apply a paste of oregano, cumin, salt, paprika, black pepper and garlic on the chicken.
Now sprinkle it with cornflour and coat it with egg and breadcrumbs . Then fry it in hot oil .
Crispy chicken is ready .

Chicken Rice
Ingredients:
Rice 1/2 kg
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Cabbage 1 cup
Capsicum 1 cup
Green onion 1 cup
Ginger, garlic (paste) 2 tsp
Green chili paste 2 tsp
Carrot (chopped) 2 pcs
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
Recipe:
First boil the rice . Then heat the oil and add ginger, garlic paste in it . When it starts
to smell, add the chicken mince . Now add cabbage, capsicum, green chilli paste, chopped
carrot, black pepper
and salt and mix. Fry for 2 minutes , then add boiled rice, soy sauce and green onion and
mix it and turn off the stove .
Chicken Rice are ready .

Ingredients:
Four chicken breasts
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Crush the garlic
Red chilli powder half teaspoon
Turmeric half teaspoon
Half a teaspoon of white cumin
Black pepper, salt to taste
Half a cup of oil
(for decoration)
Sesame oil two tablespoons
Chili garlic sauce as desired
Recipe:
(1) Wrap the chicken breast in a plastic sheet and coat it with a wooden mallet in such a
way that the thickness of the meat remains 1/4 . Mix all the spices in curd and apply it on
the meat and keep it in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
(2) Grease the grill and place the chicken pieces on it and place it on the coals .
(3) Cook until brown on both sides and apply oil at the same time .
Take it out in a dish and add olive oil and serve it with naan . It will taste very unique .

chillies 200 grams
Oil 1/2 cup
Roasted and chopped white cumin 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped Red Chilli 1 tsp
Amchur powder 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Recipe:
Mix all the dry ingredients well . Now heat the oil and fry the green chillies for 5 minutes
until golden.Then take out the dry spices in a bowl and apply them well on the chillies .
when the chillies are coated well, Serve with dal and curry .
