   Ingredients:


         Ginger ----------------------- 5 kills

         Water ------------------------- Two cups

         Lemon juice------------------ one teaspoon

         Honey ------------------------ Two teaspoons 


Composition:


      Make a fresh ginger lacrosse paste . 


      Boil two cups of water in a pan .


     When the water boils, add ginger and boil for another ten minutes.


     Turn off the stove and pour the water through a sieve into a cup .


     Add a teaspoon or as per lemon juice .


     Add two teaspoons of honey or as per taste .


     Mix well with a spoon .


     Ginger tea is ready .


                   Benefits of ginger tea:


     Ginger tea lowers cholesterol .


     Useful in reducing obesity .


      Antioxidant properties in ginger boost immunity .


      Increases blood circulation .


      Relieves headache and migraine.


      Beneficial for stomach problems like gas and indigestion .


  Precautions:


          Do not give ginger tea to children under two years of age.


          Do not consume too much of this tea .


          Do not use ginger in blood or heart disease .


          People who are already taking any medication should consult a 


          doctor before  using ginger tea.
