A Delicious Mango Milkshake recipe

                               Mango Milkshake

Ingredients:

2 ripe mangoes

2 cups cold milk

2 scoops vanilla ice cream (optional)

2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

Ice cubes (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Start by selecting ripe mangoes for the best flavor. Look for mangoes that are fragrant and slightly soft to the touch.

Wash the mangoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Then, using a sharp knife, carefully cut off the top stem end of each mango.

Hold the mango upright on a cutting board and slice vertically along the sides, following the curve of the pit. Repeat this process on the other side of the mango.

You will now have two mango "cheeks" and a middle section with the pit. Take each mango cheek and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh from the skin. Discard the pit and skin.

Cut the mango flesh into small chunks. If you prefer a smoother texture, you can puree the mango instead.

Place the mango chunks (or puree) into a blender.

Add the cold milk to the blender. The milk should be cold to keep the milkshake refreshing.

If you want a creamier and richer milkshake, you can add vanilla ice cream to the blender. The ice cream will add a delicious flavor and thickness to the shake.

Sprinkle the sugar into the blender. You can adjust the amount of sugar based on your preference and the sweetness of the mangoes.

If you like your milkshake extra cold, you can add a few ice cubes to the blender as well.

Secure the lid tightly on the blender and blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. This usually takes around 30-60 seconds, depending on the power of your blender.

Once the milkshake reaches your desired consistency, stop blending and give it a taste. Adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if needed.

Take serving glasses and pour the mango milkshake into them. You can use a spatula to scrape off any remaining bits of mango from the blender.

If desired, you can garnish the mango milkshake with a sprig of fresh mint leaves. This adds a touch of freshness and visual appeal to the drink.

Serve the mango milkshake immediately while it's still cold and refreshing. You can use a straw or a long spoon to enjoy it.

Now you're ready to enjoy your homemade mango milkshake! It's a perfect treat for hot summer days or whenever you're craving something fruity and creamy.
